Smart Manufacturing is widely regarded as the core driving force of the fourth industrial revolution.In recent years,the development of information technology such as Industrial Internet,Edge Computing,and Digital Twin has greatly promoted the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.The manufacturing resource management system,in Smart Manufacturing,is required to support intelligent autonomous interaction among multiple functional modules and collaborative decision-making of key manufacturing nodes,so as to realize intelligent optimal allocation of resources and stable and efficient operation of the system as a whole.In this process,the collaboration and synchronization between production resource management module and logistics supporting resource management module based on real-time information sharing is an important prerequisite for smoothly advancing production tasks and timely response to customer needs.Taking the popularization and application of intelligent manufacturing technology represented by the Internet of Things as the background and premise,and the dynamic synchronization between production and logistics as the specific research object,this paper studies the multi-subsystem dynamic linkage mechanism and optimization method in the Smart Manufacturing environment.Firstly,it has compared the two modes of production and logistics independent operation and linkage operation,clarifies the advantages and necessity of linkage operation,summarizes the difficulties and technical requirements of realizing linkage from horizontal and vertical dimensions,put forward a real-time information sensing acquisition and transmission architecture based on AUTOM,and constructed the production and logistics dynamics in intelligent manufacturing environment.Based on the linkage framework,a complete control system of production and logistics coordination linkage has been summarized and perfected.Then,taking the linkage between production and warehousing as the breakthrough point,the above-mentioned linkage method has been substituted into the practical application scenario of enterprises.Taking the stochastic fluctuation of customer demand as the trigger factor,the difficulties of the linkage between production and warehousing under the condition of stochastic fluctuation of customer demand have been analyzed.On the basis of considering the introduction of cloud resources,a two-level linkage between production and warehousing has been established.Based on the Collaborative Optimization(CO)theory,the method of collaborative optimization between production and warehouse has been put forward.A decision-making and planning model of collaborative production and warehouse based on CO theory has been established and the solving algorithm is designed.Finally,the simulation and sensitivity analysis of the results of production and warehousing linkage have been carried out to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the linkage mechanism and optimization method proposed in this paper.The research shows that the collaborative control method system and linkage technology scheme of production and logistics proposed in this paper can effectively solve the problem of inconsistency of decision-making between multi-links and mismatch of decision-making and execution in multi-stages in the process of production and logistics operation,improve the ability of production and logistics system to respond to dynamic demand,and help enterprises realize the original intention of implementing intellectualization-cost reduction and efficiency increase.
