Development And Application Of Vehicle Visual Controls And Emergency Dispatch System For Armed Police Mobile Division Based On BDS

The People's Armed Police is in charged with the important task of dealing with emergencies,counter-terrorism and on duty.Armed Police Vehicles Management can do lots of benefits,such as improving the operational efficiency and reducing the cars for private purposes.With the constantly advance of forces information construction and application of Beidou satellite navigation system developed by China independently,the development of Vehicles Visual Monitoring & Scheduling Management System based on Beidou satellite navigation system is very urgent,such not only improving effective control of armed police forces vehicles,achieving real-time monitoring and realizing emergency scheduling,but also making navigation of China military field no longer relinquished,improving national security.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and meaning to system development,and a detail description of system development status both at home and abroad is made;Secondly the key knowledge and technology related to system development process is briefly introduced,including satellite navigation technology,system development tools,geographic information technology and methods of vehicles emergency scheduling route optimization;Thirdly various needs of system development is investigated from both functional needs and non-functional needs,foreshadowing for system design;Fourthly based on past Armed Police Maneuver Division Vehicles management experience and actual needs mentioned above,this paper introduces the design process whole and part;Fifthly this paper describes the implementation of system design and test of the system,proving the system has the basic functions of vehicles management,visual monitoring and emergency response dispatch.At last,summarizes of this the paper and the prospects the present system are made to further research.The development of this system not only preliminary fulfills the vehicles management needs of Armed Police Division,effectively realizing the vehicle's remote monitoring and emergency dispatch,improves the efficiency of Armed Police Force's ability to handle emergencies and execute missions,but also reduces the uncontrolled use of the vehicles and achieves significant economic benefits at the same time.
