The Research And Development Of MES For PC Component Precast Factory

This paper bases on the background of building industrialization,aiming at the shortage of production site management of building prefabrication component,PC component production process data confusion,Workshop data delay and the problem of low production efficiency,on the basis of thorough understanding and analysis of manufacturing execution system(MES),the MES of PC component prefabricated factory is researched and designed.According to the characteristics of PC prefabricated factory,analyze the requirements of the system,uses IDEF0 diagram modeling the function of MES,completes four sub module function models about system function model and basic data management,operations management,production monitoring management and system management.Sets up System network architecture model basing on B/S,determines the system requirements of hardware and software.On the basis of the existing data collection methods,determine the system to collect the data of the workshop by RFID.Taking PC component production line as the research object,confirm the hardware deployment of the RFID reader in the workshop and the process of data acquisition based on RFID is studied.Through the system management,basic data management and business management module to analyze the workshop data which the system needs to collect.Real time data acquisition based on RFID is analyzed by establishing the real-time state data element model.Classify the workshop data,and the data analysis of the production process is carried out by three processes,such as the marking operation,the installation of steel bars and the self leveling.Use((?)-R)chart for statistical analysis of quality status data,taking the solidification strength of prefabricated components in steam curing operation as an example for detailed instructions.The process capability index is used to analyze the operation ability.Design the system database so that to achieve some function of MES system.
