The concentration of inhalable particles in the air,especially PM2.5,has always been an important indicator to evaluate the quality of the air.The inhalable particles which adsorb a large number of heavy metals,bacteria and other toxic substances,suspending in the air for a long time and being difficult to be dissipated,not only reduce the visibility of the atmosphere,but also are harmful to human health.However,in terms of the degree of automation and detection accuracy,the traditional methods of monitoring this concentration,such as weighing method,screening method and so on,have been unable to reflect the overall status of air quality and meet the requirements of monitoring on inhalable particles in modern society.Therefore,in order to improve the monitoring system's degree of automation and its detection accuracy,this paper uses sensor GP2Y1010AU0 F which made by the principle of light scattering to complete the acquisition of monitoring data and ZigBee wireless sensor network technology to achieve the monitoring data's transmission,finally designs the PC monitoring platform so as to accomplish the real-time monitoring data display.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Research on wireless sensor network communication technologyThis paper has analyzed ZigBee technology among wireless communication technologies in detail,including ZigBee device type,network topology,work mode,address allocation mode,data transmission and ZigBee protocol architecture.On the basis of studying the ZigBee wireless sensor network in-depth,and then combining with GPRS technology,established the overall scheme of the inhalable particles monitoring system.2.The hardware design of the inhalable particles monitoring system is completedThe CC2530 is adopted as the main control chip to complete the hardware system structure design of the node.The hardware circuit of the terminal node includes a processor module,a sensor module,a JTAG interface circuit and a power module.The hardware circuit of the ZigBee-GPRS gateway node includes a processor module,a JTAG interface circuit,a GPRS wireless communication module,a SIM card circuit,and a GPRS power module.3.The software design of the inhalable particles monitoring system is completedOn the basis of the Z-STACK protocol stack,the software design of the lower computer node is completed,which can realize the data acquisition and transmission.An improved energy-saving routing algorithm-DE-LEACH algorithm is proposed,and the distance and residual energy factors are added.The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively prolong the network lifetime.Finally the system monitoring platform is designed with LABVIEW software,which realized the graphical display of the monitoring data.4.Test and analysis on the overall systemThis paper has completed the function test of the inhalable particles monitoring system,including the communication capability test of the node,the performance test of the ZigBee-GPRS gateway and the software test of the host computer.The experimental results show that the communication capability of the nodes is strong,the networking among nodes is fast and reliable,and the data transmission is real-time.The software of the host computer is running stably and the monitoring information can displayed in real time.The system not only has a high degree of automation,but also has a longer service life,which makes it convenient for users.
