The National Astronomical Observatory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has made great progress in the development of astronomy in China by using the telescope to observe the solar system.The multi-channel birefringent filter system developed by the Observatory has improved the quality of monochromatic observation of the sun in our country.However,the filter lens material is very sensitive to the ambient temperature,it is necessary to realize high precision monitoring of the ambient temperature.Temperature monitoring is the basis of temperature control.In this paper,in order to achieve high precision temperature monitoring,basing on the background of the National Astronomical Fund(U1431119)of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,the key technologies involved in the high precision temperature measurement system based on wireless sensor networks are studied and designed in detail.The main contents of this paper include the following three aspects:(1)Using Zigbee wireless sensor technology to design and realize the data transmission function of the high precision wireless temperature sensor network.The Zigbee coordinators,routers and terminal nodes software programming are completed,and the entire network system is debugged in this paper.The debugging results show that the design meets the requirements of the system for data transmission;(2)By using Labview,a PC client is designed for the system,to achieve the temperature monitoring on the Windows platform.Based on the Labview client system test,the results show that the design of the client to achieve the separation of the collected temperature data,real-time display,storage,management,temperature alarm and other functions;(3)In order to improve the accuracy of temperature measurement,a high precision A/D converter which is suitable for the sensor acquisition module of the system is proposed.Basing on the predecessors have done the RTL code design and functional simulation,a 24 bit Delta-Sigma A/D digital decimation filter is designed and synthesized in this paper.The design includes DC synthesis,formal verification,timing analysis,chip layout and specification inspection.With the SMIC 0.18?m technology,the size of the chip is 2 000*2 000?m2,power consumption is 4.312mW,operating frequency is 4.096MHz.The research and design of three key technologies of temperature measurement system is completed in this paper,which improves the interactivity and wireless data transmission stability of the system.The research lays the foundation for further improve the precision of the system,which has a very important practical significance.
