| The focus of this study is the media reports on controversial issues.Taking the One fixed day off and one flexible rest day issue in Taiwan and as a case study.Research tools is content analysis.The research object is locked to Taiwan "liberty Times" and "United Daily News." through the research on a case of a Taiwan newspaper issue of news report,from the perspective of position reports,presentation and other characteristics,to study the Taiwan news media consultation report whether used in the reporting of major controversial issues when if there is,assist people to participate in the decision-making issues,when the reports also played a role.The research adopts the method of content analysis.Content analysis categories include text length,column setting,position reports,report view,political polarization,reported emotional,provocative title,to examine the two newspapers in a case of a topic in the news reports through the analysis of the category of personality.At the same time,through the comparative analysis of the news reports of the two newspapers,to determine the role of the news media in the Taiwan the One fixed day off and one flexible rest day issue.The results show that Taiwan newspapers pay special attention to the One fixed day off and one flexible rest day issue.For the One fixed day off and one flexible rest day issue,the two newspapers stand relative.At the same time,the coverage,report layout on two newspapers are different,the overall position of two newspapers obviously tend to their party camp,because of this,a negotiation model is not reported in the One fixed day off and one flexible rest day issue A reports have fully reflected.According to the analysis,Taiwan news media played in the controversial issues reported the role of: information publishing,public opinion collection and communication,opinion platform,calling for people to participate in the action call.According to the findings,put forward the following suggestions: media reports on such controversial issues,can use negotiation news mode,reason is that people have the right to make decisions on public policy,the media have a responsibility to the readers of universal knowledge,so as to inspire the people concern the core,combined with the poll plate to build an open public opinion platform,to enhance the participation of the people,the people will "consultation" reflect every field in news reports;in addition,should as far as possibledilution of position on the partisan news reports,in the perspective of people as the starting point;if the issues involved in the professional knowledge,should be in the news sources should be strengthened in the government and ordinary people,the third party professional level ideas and reports. |
