On The Design And Implementation Of Scientific Research Management System In Vocational College Based On Web

With the rapid development of information technology,and the introduction of Guidance on Promoting "Internet Plus" Actions(the State Council [2015] No.40)and related policies on innovation and entrepreneurship,the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship,scientific research and technological service for industries are in urgent need in higher vocational colleges,which results in the reform and upgrading of current management of scientific research and innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore,to develop a set of practical,multifunctional,safe scientific research system is a must for higher vocational colleges in accordance with the characteristics and demand of higher vocation.On the base of 3 digitalized-campus platforms(unified portal,unified identity authentication,unified basic data platform and information standards))of Xiangyang Vocational and Technical College,this article analyzes the requirements of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges,and designs the system with the technology of database,meeting requirements according to the different functional modulesThe main research contents of the article are listed as follows:First,the study and comprehension of the key technology needed in the development of the management system of teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges.And the procedures and methods of the software engineering are basically mastered.Secondly,the analysis and design according to the functional modules and requirements of scientific research management system in higher vocational colleges which mainly includes the following subsystems: online reporting,scientific research projects,academic papers,works and teaching achievements,artistic creation,patent,consulting study achievements,science and technology transformation,prizes awarded and research achievements query and evaluation,as well as the horizontal,vertical projects,the non-scientific research projects,research data archive.Thirdly,the development and implementation of the system based on the unified digitalized-campus platforms.The functional modules implemented includes the following subsystems: online declaration,scientific research projects,academic papers,works and teaching achievements,artistic creation,patent,consulting study achievements,science and technology transformation,prizes awarded and research achievements query and evaluation.Currently only some frequently used functions mentioned above have been developed and implemented in this system.Some other functions such as horizontal research management,expenditure management,contract management,non-scientific research projects management,negative evaluation on researchers will be implemented in the second-stage upgrading.The application of the system has drastically increased the efficiency of scientific research management and initially realized the exchange and sharing of the scientific research data and the data on the digital campus platform.Considering our college is one of key national demonstration vocational colleges,the implementation of the system is some reference for the informatization construction ofnational vocational colleges.
