T is a well-known mobile phone company,which is including research and development and manufacturing of mobile phone business.T Company has established mobile phone R & D and production manufactures in a number of countries and regions.In recent years,the global mobile phone shipments have been ranked in the top ten.With the increase in mobile phone shipments,T Company's long production cycle,inefficient,which is seriously,restricts the T Company's mobile phone market.On the other hand,with the increasingly fierce competition in the mobile phone market,mobile phone prices continue to decline,while the cost of mobile phone materials is rising,mobile phone profit margins declining year by year,T Company is facing growing cost pressures.Therefore,T Company puts forward the mobile phone BOM optimization strategy,BOM is the first element of mobile phone,is the core data of R & D,production,only optimized mobile phone BOM management,in order to fundamentally solve the high mobile phone cost and long R & D production cycle problem.This article has been researched on Optimization of Mobile Phone BOM Management.First of all,T Company uses the traditional method of mobile phone BOM management.The article draws a conclusion that the T Company in each stage of mobile phone BOM management means primitive,the manual work load is big,the high costs,long research and development cycle and so on.Then,aiming at the problems discovered,this article puts forward the optimization plan of mobile phone BOM management based on PLM system by using PLM to manage the product life cycle in all directions.The program set PLM system as a platform to support the material management,public library management,document management,version management,change management based on materials,design bill of material,engineering bill of material,manufacturing bill of material overall management.Through the establishment of standard parts model,the extraction of characteristic parameters,standard parts data model,the approval process of standard parts,the establishment of public libraries of materials to establish thei r own material standardization and public libraries of materials,thereby enhancing the quality of general materials management,Material re-use rate,reduce material costs,and shorten the development cycle.Finally,further validate the results and put forward suggestions for continuous improvement.Through product disposition,global chemical plants and local suppliers,BOM management will be further improved to reduce enterprise cost,shorten R & D cycle and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.The research results of this article have certain reference value for the improvement of BOM management of T CompanyThe first chapter introduces the background,significance,current situation and the content and framework of the article.The second chapter introduces the concept of PLM.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of BOM management of T Company.The fourth chapter puts forward the optimization plan of BOM management based on PLM.The fifth chapter summarizes the application of PLM system and puts forward suggestions for continuous improvement.
