Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Electronic Procurement Platform And ERP System Integration Interface

With the development of science and technology and the progress of information,the information management of enterprises is becoming more and more meticulous.In order to meet the needs of information management,the company decided to implement the SAP as ERP,the best allocation of enterprise resources.On the other hand,enterprises have professional requirements in the business,the need for electronic procurement platform for professional management.Between the electronic platform and ERP system independent of each other the lack of contact,the information can not be shared,become "information islands",isolated information systems can not effectively provide comprehensive information across departments and system,seriously hindered the enterprise informatization construction.Therefore,how to solve the problem of ERP and e-procurement platform quickly and effectively has become the key of system application integration.Is also the focus of corporate concern.In view of information system integration architecture,integrated technology,the implementation of data extraction,conversion method and interface implementation and other issues,through the analysis of the present situation of enterprise electronic procurement platform and ERP system,the design and implementation of e-procurement platform and ERP system data integration and function integration;through the integration of business and business process testing results of actual operation the analysis verifies the feasibility and practicability of the integrated scheme of enterprise electronic platform and ERP system.This paper first analyzes the levels and functions of e-procurement platform and ERP system in the enterprise,based on the two integration model and related technologies analysis and research,using the Webservices model and XML SOAP technology and SAP technology based on IDoc and RFC,through the process of combing system industry,determine the system technology the integration framework and interface development methods,build a system integration architecture.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the enterprise's bidding system,the data exchange between heterogeneous systems based on XML language and the network data exchange technology based on B/S/S model.Using the modeling language(UML)to complete the analysis,design and implementation of system integration requirements,and realize the integration of e-procurement platform and ERP system.Finally,according to the enterprise target,through the analysis and the whole test and online operating system,through the enterprise show good performance to verify the performance of the system,the realization of data exchange function and interaction of the two systems.System integration interface is designed and implemented in this paper has been up and running well,through the main data integration,to ensure that the enterprise core data consistency in each application system,strengthen the management of the common data of each business system;through financial certificate integration,to achieve the integration of system data resources sharing and business functions,the two systems in the business logic layer become an organic whole,improve the level of enterprise information application.At the same time for enterprises to implement and promote the SRM,CRM systems and ERP system integration implementation,provides the implementation methods and technical guidance.
