Design And Implementation Of The Group Company Electronic Procurement Platform

The informationization and digitization of internal business management is an important way and method to construct the core competence of modern enterprises,which is also an important foundation for the realization and achievement of strategic objectives of enterprises.The information-based internal business management software platform can integrate the daily business processes of the enterprise,and maintain and manage it in the form of computer software.It can help improve the overall efficiency and level of enterprise business management,reduce the human resource cost of enterprise business management,and promote the overall transformation and upgrading of the enterprise management system.Sourcing for most companies belongs to the important basic business,the purchasing management and digital informatization is the important trend of the future enterprise procurement and direction,so as the growing importance of online electronic procurement system.In this thesis,the online digital purchase platform of a certain group company is designed and realized,and based on the computer software development technology,the needing analysis work,functional design work,functional implementation work and the system testing work is studied in detail,as well as the performance result of the system.In the development work of the online digital purchase platform,the Web development technology is used as the major technology,and the network structure of the platform is designed by the use of B/S network mode.The platform is developed by the use of ASP.NET Web page technology in.NET platform,and the database management system uses SQL Server system.The platform could cover the purchase business of the group company,including the purchasing plan management,purchasing plan management,purchasing directory management,purchase requisition management,bid management,bidding management,review management,project management,order management,delivery management,etc.In the research work,the technologies used in the development work are introduced firstly,including the B/S network mode technology,Web development technology,.NET platfrom structure,and the SQL Server database development technology,etc.Then,the needing analysis work of the platform is introduced in detail,and based on the business environment analysis work,the functional needing and the performance needing of the platform is proposed.The platform should include the function modes of pre-purchase management,supplier bidding management,purchasing review management and procurement plan,etc.Third,according to the needing analysis work of the platform,the functional design work and the development work of the key models in the platform are researched as follow,as well as the database design work,etc.Finally,according to the platform testing environment,the functional testing work of the 4 function models included in the platform is introduced in detail.And the performance testing work of the platform is studied as fallow,as well as the pages of the platform.The online digital purchase platform of a certain group company researched in this thesis could provide a digital management tool for the purchase management department of the group company,and could improve the purchase business work quality by the online of the platform.And it could provide some suggestion for the other companies' purchase business digital management system development process.
