At present, China’s feed production process is the use of relay control many ways,through contactors, relays and related equipment switch button to achieve a simple startand stop operation, a semi-automated production, no interlocking control between thevarious devices. This way there are many defects: Electrical cabinets have a lot of space toinstall the relay control related devices; unable to achieve automatic control; an equipmentfailure, then will also affect to other devices; various raw materials required every time theproportion through manual methods to control, quality cannot be guaranteed.With the development of PLC technology, feed production line automation trend isirreversible. Improve feed production line automation for reducing labor costs, improveefficiency, improve product quality and consistency, has practical significance.In this paper, dairy feed automated production line control system is designed to targetthe control requirements for feed production and process requirements were analyzed, andcombined with the actual situation of feed companies, design and development of the IPCand PLC-based control of dairy feed production line.Based on the feed production process, determine the interlock between the individualdevices, interlocks and other relations, and with manual start and stop and automaticstart-stop function. For crushing system of control, can also be divided into manual andautomatic control, the automatic control mode, using PID control algorithm to control themill feed rate, automatically corrects the setpoint offset, making mill at full load efficientoperation when empty load energy-saving operation. For batch weighing system, throughthe PLC, smart meters and weighing sensor communications, automatic doors and aselection switch on the doors of the control. The system uses advanced man-machineinteractive control interface PC using EASY BUILDER software programming, theingredients used to monitor the entire process and automatic load control system, save avariety of recipe parameters to provide timely production data and report printing. In the human-computer interaction, the system PC using EASY BUILDER softwarefor monitoring and automatic load entire batching process control system, save a variety ofrecipe parameters to provide timely production data and report printing.
