With the rapid development of Diode Pump All-Solid State Laser(DPSSL)technology,Q-switched technology and nonlinear frequency conversion technology,Diode Pump All-Solid State Green Laser(DPSSGL)has more and more widely application in scientific research,laser medicine,laser processing,military,laser display and so on.In the field of laser display,high power all solid state three primary colors lasers,such as red,green,blue lasers are the key technology of laserdisplay,which have become the current international advanced topic of laserresearch and have been favored by more and more researchers.Diode Pump All-Solid State Laser(DPSSL)has the advantage of high efficiency,all-solid,long life,good stability,full curing,compact structure,and can obtain the high power and high beam quality output laser.In order to obtain the Diode Pump All-Solid State Green Laser(DPSSGL),Diode Pump All-Solid State Laser(DPSSL)combines with the nonlinear optical frequency multiplication technology is one of the most promising solutions.Diode Pump All-Solid State Green Laser(DPSSGL)is,namely by semiconductor laser diodes or laser source arrays pumping the laser gain medium,the fundamental frequency 1064 nm laser was realized,Combining the Q-switched technology,a high peak power pulsed 1064 nm laser was obtained,adding nonlinear frequency doubling crystal(for example,the KTP,LBO,BBO)forhigh power output 532 nm green laser.With the background of the national 863 project "XXX laser resource research",the theoretical and experimental research for engineering Diode Pump All-Solid State Green Laser(DPSSGL)was realized.Finally,after the fiber coupling,126 W engineering prototype green laser was obtained,the optical fiber coupling efficiency was 90.3%.Operating three hours,the power fluctuation is less than ±1.29%,the laser operation was stable.The 532 nm green average power and power stability had conformed to the requirements of the project technical indexes.
