Light-emitting diode(LED)is a new type of light source,because the LED has low power consumption,long life,no pollution,and other advantages,so the LED obtained the large-scale promotion of use in recent years.But domestic ingredients in the LED packaging industry this link production equipment still rely on imports,in order to solve this problem,this paper studies and realizes research on the LED fluorescent powder proportioning system based on the network control formula of dynamic scheduling.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the demand of the system,this paper construct the network dynamic scheduling formulation system – upper machine – lower machine tertiary system.The tertiary system is divided by function,each to complete the corresponding functions,and work together,jointly construct network dynamic control formula ratio of dynamic scheduling of LED phosphors and glue machine system.(2)On the basis of the lower machine system design goal,the requirement analys is cleared,a machine control system hardware platform is set up.This paper design and implement for the piecewise fuzzy control algorithm of this system.The control algorithm is further improved,to achieve lower machine control system design goal.(3)Upper machine software system is designed and implemented,mainly including multithreading function module,interface module,database operation module,serial communication module,server module.Producers can interact with the upper machine software system to manipulate the ingredients of single production task,to improve production efficiency.(4)The online dynamic scheduling system is designed and implemented.Firstly,analyze the functional requirements of the system.Then implement the database operation module,communication I/O module and finish the development of system interface and dynamic scheduling algorithm.Finally,collect production data and complete dynamic scheduling of many production tasks to improve the production efficiency of the whole workshop.(5)Communication system framework of the online dynamic scheduling system and upper machine was designed and implemented.The upper machine and online dynamic scheduling system use socket socket network communication mechanism while the upper machine and lower machine use serial communication mechanism.Finally the dynamic scheduling network system was constructed.Throughout this thesis,designs,methods and key technologies of LED ingredients production equipment for the LED packaging process are provided.
