| Semiconductor manufacturing industry is a typical knowledge-intensive industries,its high technology content,large amount of data,high requirements for enterprise information.Aiming at the problems such as low efficiency of manual scheduling,slow response to interference events and difficulties in meeting the delivery requirements in the existing production planning of a semiconductor testing enterprise,a general man-machine collaborative parallel multimachine dynamic scheduling framework is proposed and the application framework,Designed and implemented an APS-based human-machine collaborative production planning system for semiconductor testing enterprises.First of all,introduced the semiconductor testing enterprise background and analyzed the system requirements.This paper introduces the actual background of the planning schedule of semiconductor testing enterprises,summarizes the abstract testing sites using parallel multimachine scheduling model,introduces the existing informatization platform foundation of a semiconductor testing enterprise,explains the key function of the system,combs and analyzes the existing plans Scheduling problems,summed up the APS-based man-machine collaborative production planning system requirements.Secondly,a general man-machine collaborative parallel multi-machine dynamic scheduling framework is proposed.A parallel multi-machine scheduling model is proposed and the performance goal of weighted-tardiness penalty is proposed.According to the dynamic characteristics of the actual production environment,a pre-reaction type re-scheduling strategy is proposed and combined with the rolling window method.Aiming at four major interference events The strategy of constraint programming is used to build a constrained programming model to solve the parallel multi-machine scheduling problem.A man-machine cooperation scheme is proposed.Finally,we designed and implemented the server and client in APS-based human-machine collaborative production planning system.Based on the framework of human-machine collaborative parallel multi-machine dynamic scheduling proposed in this paper,the overall design of the server and client is elaborated in detail.The modules are divided and the functions and key processes of each module are described one by one.Finally,the operational results are given.The results show that the production planning system designed and implemented in this paper can effectively reduce the burden on the scheduler,improve the scheduling efficiency and enhance the production efficiency of the enterprise,thus making further contributions to the construction of the enterprise information platform. |
