The competition in mobile phone market has been increasingly fierce, and even moving towards fervorization. The demands for phone functions, appearance and other aspects have also been changing, while the manufacturers in the upstream and downstream along the industry chain are also faced up with challenges. In order to achieve differentiation competition, mobile phone manufacturers have always been competing on the hardware configuration, and the phone camera stands out as one of the focuses of the competition. The pixel of the phone camera is advanced all the way, even reaching 4,100 million pixels, which more or less indicates the tendency of replacing digital single lens reflex camera. It also helps to radically relieve the misunderstanding of this industry, such as low threshold, low investment, and easy to earn money. What's more, the price war grows more distinct in this era of cutthroat competition, and the camera competence also arises as one of the significant battlefields for manufacturers. They try hard to sell their specialty, such as selfie cameras, double cameras, and even the application of multi-camera becomes increasingly widespread. The particularly protruding thing is that the camera quality of smart phones becomes the most concerned topic among consumers. As the manufacturing industry of CCM,the profits of CCM are becoming meager. With the rising of labor cost, the aggregate cost will amount all the same, which severely weakens the competitiveness of manufacturing industry.Starting from the perspective of technology, through analysis,we find that the main problem lies in the redundant testing procedure of CCM.Some tests lacking added value causes the rise of labor and testing costs. It arises as the crux of the optimization of production testing procedure to optimize the current procedures, and to demonstrate the maximization of customer value while reduce the production cost so as to adjust the companies quickly to the changes of market demands. When analyzing and designing the procedure to achieve the transformation from resources to products,we are asking ourselves all the time:Firstly, will it be possible for the newly designed procedure to realize competitive edge through differentiation and low cost? And are those steps creating no values excluded from the new procedures? Secondly, are these procedures allowing customers to sense the value maximization? Last, will the optimization of the procedures win us orders? This paper is about to analyze and improve the procedure from the following perspectives: First, based on the analysis of the testing procedures, and the dissection of the tests,it is planned to find if these links are necessary for the completion of the tasks,if there are better ways to improve the testing links, also on the basis of quality and cost,if it is possible to again optimize these procedures.Second, through the application of Business Process Improvement(BPI)theory, the methods of implementation based on Lean Six Sigma DMAIC is bottom-up step by step in terms of procedure optimization. This is the improvement of periodicity of the sub-procedures,which entails the overall optimization, and the realization of the strategic objective of companies. Then the redesign and optimization of current production testing procedures will be conducted based on the analysis of the extant problems of the former CCM testing procedure of DJ company.Third, through the implementation and new procedures and the analysis of the new calculations of cost, the actual effect and the produced value of the optimized procedure will be verified. This paper hopes to find the general results to provide significant references for companies in the same industry, through the researches on theories and practices, based on the literature review of previous research results.
