Health Communication Research On WeChat Subscription

Health communication research originated in the United States,initially in the name of "therapeutic communication interest group" in the health communication activities.With the continuous expansion of the field of research,early health care activities for the purpose of disease treatment and prevention can no longer cover more social issues.Thus,in 1975,the therapeutic communication interest group was officially renamed the " ICA health communication Division".This is the first use of the concept of health communication.In 1994,Rogers defined the concept of functional orientation of "health communication",which is more helpful in stable the academic field.WeChat Subscription line on August 23,2012.Whether it is the government,enterprises or individuals can create their own WeChat Subscription.Therefore,WeChat Subscription achieve rapid development in the short term.In the latest version of WeChat,WeChat Subscription is split into the media subscription and the service subscription.According to previous research,WeChat Subscription has become an important channel for public access to information.In this paper,we used the data published on Qing Bo index platform and selected the list ranking first "Clove doctor" as the research object,analyzing the content theme,content form and content of the original,the volume of read the contents and the amount of points like and comments and so on.According to the analysis,we wil then summarize the success and the shortage in the health communication of “Clove doctor”.After a detailed analysis of it,the paper then studies the current situation about health communication of WeChat subscription in China from two aspects: the main body of the operation and the content of the push.And by drawing lessons from the success of the WeChat subscription "Clove doctor" in the health communication,the author puts forward his own opinion on the future development of health communication on WeChat subscription.
