According to the mission and demand of military measurement,information on offshore floater such as position, azimuth, wind velocity and direction, flow velocity and direction, sound pressure are accurately required. But offshore floater is unmanned on duty, and the measuring devices on it seperately work on its own. Therefore real-time monitoring and remote cotrolling cannot be fulfilled, and the measured data only can be downloaded afterwards. This kind of working mode is unconvenient and inefficient for real-time controlling, which can not satisfy the demand of military measurement.To improve the efficiency of task supporting, this paper devlelops a unified information acquisition and remote-control transmission system focused on functionality and reliability, which can implement measuring data collection, distribution, storage and transmission of floator. By the remote-control device setting up on land, real-time information acquisition and control can also be accomplished.This system's controlling core adopts a 32-bit ARM cpu as the controlling unit, and a switching power supply circuit as the power inzzstallation. Based on this core, the serial communication and current/voltage acquisition circuit of RS-232 and RS-485 are designed by expanding the UART and A/D interfaces. Storage function of SD card is realized by utilizing ARM SDIO interface and FATS file system. Information display and control command input are realized by setting configuration software and working interface of DIWEN touch screen. The acquisition and transmission of measuring informantion from 4 equipments, which are BEIDOU heading/attitude measuring instrument, current meter, wind velocity/direction gauge, sound pressure sensor, are achieved by C language controlling software. 8-channel serial communication interfaces are expanded through RS-485, which is reserved for other acquisition devices.Based on the system designing method, key performance indicators such as system reliability, wireless transmission link outage probability are analyzed and demonstrated, in the process of soft and hardware designing. Lab tests of precision indicators and function, and crossing-sea long-distance communication tests are all carried out, and the results show that the system meets the demand of floater information acquisition, increases the timeliness, which can greatly facilitate the work of military measure on the sea.
