Switching power supply, refers to the electronic science and technology by adjusting the switch opening and closing, in order to control output current. The switching power supply is also showing a diversified and personalized demand. Switching power supply has become an indispensable now industrial technology and electronic technology one of the ring.Since the switch power supply production go into mass production. In the production process will produce a large number of defective products. How to detect these defects to ensure that it has no damage to the electronic equipment is a problem must be solved. Therefore detection for switching power supply has also become the essential link. The switching power supply has the diversity, switching power electronic devices correspond to different, is also different for the various technical requirements.On the one hand we reduce the cost,on the other hand we design a suitable detection system of switch power supply. This is a problem worthy of studying. This paper aim at the computer switch power supply. We design a system which can quickly and accurately detect PC power supply.First of all, the system has the versatility, the switching board can be changed according to different switching power supply, which can meet the demand of the switching power supply diversity.We just need to change the adapter plate to measure the different types of switching power supply. This can improve the utilization rate of resources and save cost.Secondly, the system adopts the STM32ZET6 to ensure the extensible of the system which makes the system have the possibility to be more perfect. This chip can run at high speed in a low power state. The chip used in modern electronic communication technology and real-time monitoring system to ensure it Suitable for industrialized production.Using C++builder software to write the PC interface, and the lower computer serial communication, easy to operateAccording to the test this measurement system performs well.It can locate the electric fault as soon as possible to achieve the purpose of rapid detection.Although only this system designed for personal computer power supply but in other areas (smaller or bigger power supply) or even test and monitor of electronic system, the paper also has significance.
