Design And Implementation Of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine Scientific Research Management System

In recent years, most universities and colleges have payed more attention to the quality and quantity of teachers' scientific research projects. However, it also takes more pressure and difficulties to the project management department. Compared with other universities of developed country which using advanced paperless management system, the China's university has a disadvantage in integrity and applicability of management software. First of all, it can't meet the needs of different industries or platforms effectively. The second one, it can't achieve the requirements of system's localization. Thirdly, it can't adapt to the continuous developing requirements of scientific research.Based on the development and application of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine Scientific Research Management System, this paper describes how the system works to solve difficulties and improve the level of scientific research management in university. There are four dimensions: technology framework, requirement analysis, functions design and test implementation. Firstly, this paper discusses the differences of C/S mode and B/S mode, and also introduces the UML technology, telling people the reason why choosing it. Secondly, it discusses how to establish the system with personnel management, project operation, contract preparation and the implementation of funds, based on the organization and business of Zhejiang Chinese Medicine. Thirdly, combined with SQL server, Oracle database and other applications, this paper focuses on the design of the system's database, achieving the goal of business function design. This paper also has a detailed design of information processing module and application management system the most important parts of the Scientific Research Management System. it also discusses the direction of the research's development in the future.Zhejiang Chinese Medicine Scientific Research Management System, which makes a contribution to the application of scientific research projects and the management of science and technology departments, has laid the foundation for the upgrading of the scientific research system and the development of scientific management system in Zhejiang Chinese Medicine. Using the network of audit process, teachers can make work simply with recoding, querying, dealing everything in the system, to achieve the goal of improving efficiency and service finally.
