With the development of computer and network technology,the Internet relying on computers has greatly affected people's production and life.Work and cooperation based on Internet-related technologies have become mainstream,and network office systems and various management systems have sprung up.Today,whether a university's comprehensive strength is strong or not,in addition to the level of teaching,scientific research strength is also an important criterion for measuring its level.Colleges and universities are thousands of research projects each year,and thousands of scientific research projects.If they are still managed by simple paper or office software,it is bound to have various problems in management and final statistical process.In response to the trend of computers and the Internet,colleges and universities began to build their own research project management systems.This paper has made a detailed description from the initial system requirements analysis and design,to the final system implementation,aiming to build a management system that is functionally perfect to meet the needs,and help the universities' scientific research work to a new level.Before the system development,the author analyzes and studies the current situation of scientific research management in the universities,sorts out the management process,finds the shortcomings,summarizes the research results,and combines the relevant requirements of scientific research management to try to understand the needs when constructing the system at the process.Secondly,through the demand analysis of the system,ideas of the scientific research project management system is clarified,the functional modules are designed and divided according to the actual situation of the university,the data interface is defined,the appropriate development language and database are selected according to the system conditions,and the corresponding flow chart is drawn according to the system function module.After that,we develop a special security management solution for the system.By studying the construction of other university scientific research project management systems,research and analysis of the system,system modules with the same or similar functions can be learned.Conduct relevant theoretical studies on the knowledge required for the development of scientific research project management.Finally,based on the system design,using B/S architecture mode,ASP.NET network development language,and SQL database design,through a reasonable and effective management program,build a scientific research project management system that meets the needs of the university.After completing the system building,the system will be tested,to understand the problems that may exist during its operation.After that,we begin to deploying the system and further improving the system so that the system can be put into the scientific research project management work as soon as possible.The author fully considers the actual situation of colleges and universities,uses test tools to analyze and design the system requirements,divides the system function modules according to the needs of colleges,and tests the system after the system design is completed.Finally,the system improves the content in the later stage,which makes the function of the scientific research project management system more perfect.
