This thesis discusses software development of GuoRui company's estate valuation business information management system, which goal is to provide the formal and professional toolset for GuiRui company's business in valuing various kinds of estates. This thesis finishes the work in the software requirement analysis, design, programming and tests based on methods and techniques in software engineering.In the aspect of requirement analysis, this software's functions are focused on the basic information management, valuation toolset management and valuation project management. In the aspect of basic information management this software is composed of a group of functions which provide globally consistent support to its business. In the aspect of valuation toolset management this thesis determines the functional elements to realize those well-used estate valuation techniques. In the aspect of valuation project management, it integrates the above functional components with the unified framework to reflect the company's desired management mechanism and procedure. In the work of system design the thesis discusses the software architecture and modules, applying the object-oriented methods to construct the software detailed design scheme including the class diagrams, and works out the database logic design with the relational data model and some data table structures as design examples. In the aspect of software programming and tests, the thesis sketches its programming methods with C# and SQL Server as its database server and its testing principles and examples.At present time this software has run in GuoRui company and well satisfies the company's demands in basic information management, valuation toolset application and valuation project's transaction management, meeting the company's business objectives and lay good foundations for its future business extension..
