Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Cost Online And Valuation Management System

Nowadays,the market competition of real estate enterprises is increasingly fierce.If the enterprise wants to be in an advantageous position in the competitive market environment,the cost control of the project is particularly important.This paper focuses on how to fine manage the cost of real estate projects.This paper puts forward the solution of "engineering valuation + cost measurement + cost database",designs and realizes the real estate cost valuation management system,helps enterprises to get through the business management process of online cost measurement,bidding,etc.,and realizes the standardization and digitalization of the whole set of real estate cost control business.The real estate cost and valuation management system designed uses Java programming language,based on the existing business process of an enterprise,adopts the design architecture of micro service,front-end and back-end separation and modular design scheme,which improves the expansibility and maintainability of the system.Through the analysis and refinement of requirements,the system mainly includes four functional modules.The author designed and implemented these four modules independently.Login and portal display module: including user login,function menu,project file management and other functions,focusing on file editing,copying,moving,sharing,setting handler and file recycle bin management and other related functions.Standard library Management module: provides users with basic information management and authority management.Cost estimation module: this module realizes the estimation of the total price of the project through the statistics of various costs of the project.Online bidding module: This module realizes the functions of online preparation of bidding documents,base bid documents,supplier's quotation,online bid clearing,generating contract documents,etc.The system business function verification results show that the real estate cost valuation management system meets the business needs of an enterprise and completes the ERP system has entered the stage of online trial operation.The design purpose of this project is to help enterprises improve the standardization of real estate project construction and improve the work efficiency of cost personnel.
