The thesis is on the background of the design of the special bearing life test machine, which is designed by WAZHOU group; based on the design and realization of the special bearing life test machine, and detailed analysis of the technologicalrequirement of the special bearing------railway bearing, it brings forward the design andrealization blue print of the bearing fatigue life test machine's monitor system which based upon PLC. The design of monitor system is composed of three sections: epigynous computer, data transmission and hypogynous computer. Hypogynous computer section whose controller is PLC is a test machine control system, it includes collection of various experiment data; data transmission section is based on the design and realization of the RS232/CAN conversion card and remote/on-spot communication switch card; epigynous computer section includes the realization of the epigynous computer monitoring program, then realizes the data collection, treatment, transmission and control of the whole monitoring system.This system is mainly on the point view of the practical project application, uses the PLC controller, computer technology and automatic detection basis to realize the on-line monitoring of the special bearing, and diagnoses the failure using the detected data. It tries to use the foreign advanced life theory to analyze, for the purpose to raise reliability and accuracy of the failure diagnose.
