The use of the system can help logistics inventory management personnel more efficient management of school assets, improve the use of assets to avoid duplication of assets and loss of assets and other issues.This system uses the B/S design structure to carry on the realization. In technology, the use of J2 EE based technology architecture, object-oriented Java language as the front development tool, and Oracle database as the background data management system. On the function, through the analysis of function demand and follow the software engineering design idea and logic, practical management in combination with the school, the main contents of management system will be divided into asset application(application, audit), asset management, daily management, changes of assets, asset inventory, system management of six modules, each module is independent of each other the process, contact with each other, each module is divided into several sub modules. Overall, with a perfect asset management information system function is still quite good, which can satisfy the school integration process, standardized management, also can realize the dynamic monitoring and management of assets, assets to avoid the loss and waste, optimize the allocation of resources. The degree of information sharing between improving relevant departments, strengthen the supervision and management of assets and transparency, reduce the loss of assets, optimize the allocation of resources, lay a good foundation for the normal operation of teaching, scientific research and school, to provide better service.
