The rise of reconfigurable computing provides a good solution for the balance of functional flexibility and computing performance in processing system.Due to the popularity and widespread use of programmable device FPGAs greatly promoted the develop of this technology.FPGA-based reconfigurable systems are widely used in space planning,deep sea exploration and other important projects,but the harsh environment leads to unpredictable failures in the FPGA,reducing the reliability of the system,especially the local permanent failure which difficult to restore,affecting the system performance and chip life seriously.In order to improve the reliability and availability of reconfigurable systems.In this paper,we study the partial permanent fault recovery method for reconfigurable system.Construct the reconfigurable system by the FPGA,combined with the speed advantage of redundant fault recovery technology and the flexibility of evolvable hardware recovery technology,aiming at the redundancy and refurbishment of reconfigurable system configuration information,the modular diversification design method and evolution algorithm are used to improve the performance.First,research on redundancy recovery technology based on module diversification algorithm.The redundant configuration matrix is determined by the module diversification algorithm,and the corresponding configuration information is generated for each configuration matrix to form the initial redundant configuration information set.The module diversification algorithm satisfies the integrity condition,which ensures that the fault is quickly repaired in the event of a single point of permanent failure.At the same time,the module diversification algorithm satisfies the diversification condition and can minimize the failure pressure of each module.Second,research on evolvable hardware recovery based on adaptive genetic algorithm.In this paper,adaptive genetic algorithm which combines the advantages of simulated annealing algorithm,alleviates the premature phenomenon and stagnation of simple genetic algorithm,and uses adaptive evaluation method to improve the performance of the algorithm.If the redundancy recovery technology fails,use the evolvable hardware recovery technology to redesign redundant configuration information to achieve more serious multi point permanent fault repair problems.In order to verify the performance of the proposed method,based on Xilinx's Zynq-7000 series Zedboard development board,make full use of Zynq series of programmable logic and processing system collaborative architecture,use integrated software development environment ISE14.7,the local permanent fault recovery method for reconfigurable system is realized.Through the way of fault injection,the performance of the proposed method is verified.The experimental results show that this method can realize the recovery of all the single point permanent faults in reconfigurable system,even in the harsh assumptions of the case,still achieve a higher probability of reconfigurable system failure independent recovery.
