The passbook has been widely used in China.It is the journal account of each business that the customer does with bank,and it is also the real-time evidence record of transaction.With the rapid development and popularity of computer technology and external hardware devices,the traditional method of writing on the passbook manually has been replaced by the method of computer printing,and the passbook printer has been widely used in the financing field.This paper is mainly about the study of mechanical design of passbook printer,and the contents are as follows:On the basis of having deeply analyzed the performance of passbook printer at home and abroad,summarize the structure of passbook printer and specify the basic design task and direction of passbook printer.Introduce the composition and working principle of passbook printer in details,and deeply analyze the critical technology of passbook printer,like paper feeding mechanism,rectifying mechanism and print mechanism.Design the structure of passbook printer,including the aligning and rectifying mechanism in the paper feeding module,print backing plate and its lifting mechanism in the print module.Selectively analyze the main reasons that influence the rectifying function of passbook printer,and carry out the kinematics analysis of paper feeding float roller module.Design the synchronous lifting mechanism for the print backing plate module and carry out the force analysis on the critical part cam of lifting mechanism;Study the controlling method of printing noise carefully.Analyze the necessity of separate rollers.Take the coupling part with large bearing load for example,carry out the finite element analysis on it.Carry out the paper feeding test on the sample of passbook printer,and the testing item mainly includes the paper feeding and rectifying stability test of passbook printer.The test indicates that all tests meet the requirements and the passbook printer has good adaptability and high stability for the medium with different thickness and different breadth.This provides an effective solution for the development of domestic passbook printer.
