3D printer based on FDM technology has gradually developed into a new main processing technology.Different from traditional manufacturing technology,3D printer based on FDM technology can reduce the difficulty of manufacturing complex parts.Printing material is widely used,the machine is easy to operate and low cost.However,it also faces many difficulties and challenges.Especially 3D printer's molding precision,3D printer's printing speed and the development of new materials,and so on.Therefore,the development and promotion of 3D printing technology still has a broad space.3D printer based on FDM technology is existing the shortcomings of the low printing efficiency and poor precision,and so on.Analysis of the working principle of 3D printing combined with the current structure of the 3D printing,Design a three nozzle 3D printer,and improve its mechanical structure.According to the division of different parts,The 3D printer is divided into extrusion mechanism,wire feeding mechanism,transmission mechanism,cooling structure,servo system,and temperature control system.According to the different nozzle diameter,the wire feeding mechanism is designed,which is based on the different diameter of the nozzle,which can reduce the weight of the extrusion mechanism and improve the printing speed.In order to improve the structure of the annular heat sink,it should select the number of fins,length,height and other parameters of the best combination,to maximize the amount of heat dissipation and solve the problem of clogging in the nozzle print.The strength and stiffness of the 3D printer bearing parts are analyzed,and the feasibility of the mechanical structure is tested.The actual state of the fluid in the nozzle is simulated to verify the feasibility of the three nozzle extrusion mechanism and nozzle structure.The temperature control system of 3D printer are studied to ensure the stability of the working process.The traditional PID control and fuzzy PID control response curves are drawn and compared.Choosing more appropriate control algorithm to make the temperature more accurate.Through the design of structure and control system of 3D printer based on FDM technology,On the one hand,The printing precision and printing speed is improve.on the other hand,material isn't blocked and driving force becomes bigger.By printing the test pieces,the design of the 3D printe rmeets the requirements.It provides a reference for the later development in field of 3D printer based on FDM technology.
