Three Dimensional Printing is an emerging 3D solid manufacturing technology.The printing method based on FDM(Fused Deposition Modeling)is currently the mainstream 3D printing technology in the world.Due to the simple mechanical structure of FDM printing equipment and the ease of purchase of formed wire,FDM printers have been favored by various research institutes and machining companies since their introduction.However,such printers have low molding precision and slow printing speed,and their shortcomings limit the promotion and application of FDM printers.Therefore,research on FDM printing technology is still needed to further improve the performance of FDM printers.The research content of this paper,concerning the shortcomings of the current FDM technology 3D printer,such as low printing efficiency and poor molding precision,firstly analyzes the working principle of 3D printer and then analyze the nozzle extrusion mechanism,wire feeding structure,heat dissipation structure,platform and structure of the body.It emphatically analyzes the influence of the heat dissipation structure parameters on the heat dissipation of the system.The problem of uneven heat distribution was solved by structural optimization.It calculates the displacement positioning accuracy of the nozzle in the X,Y and Z directions of the printer and analyzes the influence of the nozzle structure on the flow behavior of the molten polymer wire in the extrusion mechanism.Analyze the relationship between pressure-polymer flow rate by numerical simulation,optimize the flow characteristics of the polymer in the nozzle and verifies the effect of nozzle shape and structural parameters on printing accuracy.The multi-phase flow model was used to simulate the extrusion head.Analyze the characteristics of extrusion head temperature distribution and velocity distribution under different working conditions,and the effects of printing speed,printing temperature and layer thickness on print quality.Get the best print parameters and improve the print quality of the parts.
