Ceramic 3D printing reduces the production cost of ceramic products and improves the production efficiency,which greatly promotes the development of ceramic products in the personalized and unique customized market.Greatly promoted the use of ceramic materials in medical,industrial design,aerospace and other high-tech industries.The mechanical structure of ceramic 3D printer using ceramic slurry is analyzed,and the mechanical structure dynamics is simulated and experimentally studied.The structure of the ceramic 3D printer is studied.The ceramic 3D printer selects the direct ink writing technology(DIW)and uses the motion mode of Cartesian coordinates as the motion coordinates.Complete its 3D modeling and assembly by UG software.The dynamic model and dynamic equation of its motion axis are established.Using ANSYS Workbench software to establish its finite element model,and complete the modal analysis,harmonic response analysis and transient dynamics analysis,the dynamic response data is obtained,and the resonance frequency of the harmonic response analysis result is basically consistent with the modal analysis mode change.During the movement of the nozzle and the table,the vibration amplitude is small,and the impact on the slurry flow at the nozzle of the nozzle is small,which ensures the print quality.The ceramic 3D printer is used to print samples and vibration tests.The results of modal tests prove the reliability of the simulation results.Using the vibration test in the working state,the vibration spectrum function of the nozzle and the table in the working state is obtained.Through the printing experiment,the effect of the printed sample was observed,and the expected printing effect was obtained.Study the dynamic characteristics of ceramic 3D printers by combining simulation and experiments.According to the simulation and test results,it can be found that during the printing process,the excitation frequency should be avoided from the natural frequencies of each order to avoid resonance and improve The working accuracy of ceramic printers enables fast and accurate printing.Figure 41;Table 7;Reference 63...
