With the development of social economy in China,the monitoring and reasonable scheduling of transportation is increasingly becoming an important issue in the society.The vehicle monitoring and dispatching system based on satellite navigation system is an important part of the intelligent transportation system,and the navigation system in China has not been fully utilized.Therefore,the design of vehicle transportation monitoring and dispatching system based on Beidou satellite navigation system is proposed.This paper analyzes several classical map matching algorithms,and is aimed at the shortcomings of the classical map matching algorithm,such as positioning speed and positioning accuracy,and the problem of the complicated road network and the requirement of the positioning speed and accuracy.The simulation results show that the map matching algorithm based on the minimum boundary rectangle can better combine the Beidou satellite positioning data to achieve the map matching.The system generally includes three parts,the Beidou satellite navigation module,the monitoring and dispatching center system,the Android mobile client,the B/S and C/S hybrid architecture model.Monitoring and scheduling center system to achieve the goal of monitoring and scheduling functions.The test results show that the system can achieve the expected function of target vehicle positioning,information acquisition,tracking,path back and scheduling.
