Research On Application Techniques Of Expert System For Satellite Scheduling

Satellite Scheduling is core content of satellite control system. It can determine working model of satellites and reasonably allocate resources between satellites and station under the restriction of object characteristics, satellite payload and station etc. It plays a quite important role in taking full advantages of the resources of satellites and stations, maximizing the efficiency of satellites observing and improving the performance of satellite control system.Guided by the needs of application, this article applied Expert System to Satellite Scheduling, made an intensive study to Knowledge Representation, Reasoning Mechanism and Interpretation Mechanism of Satellite Scheduling, and proposed a method for the design of Expert System. Here are its major contents and innovation points:1,On the basis of analyzing satellite scheduling task in depth, it indicated the problems of existing satellite scheduling system, and proposed a solution of expert system for satellite scheduling. Aimed at the solution, it designed an Expert System for satellite scheduling.2,Aimed at the characteristic of satellite scheduling, it built a knowledge base for satellite scheduling and proposed two forms to represent the knowledge of satellites scheduling, that is CLIPS knowledge representation and the expanded Chinese production system. It realized the Knowledge-sharing and Knowledge-exchanging between the two different knowledge bases.3,It designed an inference engine of satellite scheduling on the basis of CLIPS reasoning engine. It adopted positive-going inference mechanism, context-control strategy of rules search, scene-control strategy of phase control and specific sort of conflict resolution control strategy, and designed collection operators for the reasoning in satellite knowledge collections.4,It combined prefabricated text method and track interpretation method and designed interpreter of satellite scheduling.5,It realized Expert System for satellite scheduling, provided support of decision-making to creat reasonable and optimal scheduling, and improved the efficiency of satellite scheduling.
