Electric vehicles(EV)as environmental friendly new energy vehicles have been widely concerned by many nations.As the Car-sharing new business model gains more and more popularity,EVs have entered people’s life and tend to be their new choices for trip.EVs in the Car-sharing business model have a lot of typical features,such as short using time,concentrated rush hours and car returning in different stations,on this occasion,classic car rental scheduling algorithms are no longer well suited.At present,EV scheduling algorithms are relatively simple and general,typical algorithms are conditional service model and controlled service model.Conditional service model doesn’t support cross-station scheduling;controlled service model accepts trips or not according to the only income-maximization objective.Both scheduling algorithms have rather limitations in the EV Car-sharings environment;therefore,there is large space for the optimization and improvement of EV Car-sharing scheduling algorithms.Based on the IOV(Internet of Vehicles)Platform for EV Operation and Service,as well as the EV Car-sharing Platform,this paper has completed some optimization and improvement for the existing scheduling algorithm limitations from aspects such as service rate,total renting time distribution for vehicles every day,incomes and average scheduling distance.The article has innovatively proposed the full service model according to multi-objective optimization-problem and the algorithm has been simulated and verified in the station network model of GreenGo Car-Sharing system.The simulation results have demonstrated that the proposed algorithm is efficient.Meanwhile,this article systemly introduces the design and implementation of the EV Car-Sharing Platform based on the full service model.The article firstly makes a brief introduction of the EV Car-sharing business model,detailed introduces the innovative scheduling and recommending algorithm—the full service model and makes exhaustive description of algorithm demand analysis,problem description,mathematical modeling,simulation and result analysis.Next,according to the software engineering process,the article complete the demand analysis,system gengral design,detailed design and implementation,test and verification of the EV Car-sharing Platform based on the optimizative vehicle scheduling and recommending strategy,that is,the full service model.At the end,the whole work of this article is summarized,and the next step of research is raised.
