With the increasing number of large supermarkets,the demand of refrigeration compressor is increasing gradually.In order to improve the quality of service,enterprises begin to pay attention to monitoring the operation of the refrigeration compressor.The traditional monitoring methods mainly through the technical personnel to collect the operating parameters of the refrigeration compressor,but the artificial monitoring method can not meet the needs of the modern enterprises.In order to solve this problem,the remote real-time monitoring system of supermarket refrigeration compressors is designed,this topic is mainly responsible for the design of the data acquisition and management software part of the system.The remote real-time monitoring system of supermarket refrigeration compressor can be divided into four parts:data acquisition and transmission terminal,data reception and storage module,database and web server.The four parts work together to accomplish the work of data collection,data transmission,data reception and network management.This paper mainly studies the data reception and storage module,the database and the web server.The specific work is as follows:1.According to the demand of the system and the actual situation of the refrigeration compressor,select the appropriate communication mode and software architecture.Then,the overall scheme is designed.2.The backstage database of the system is designed by analyzing the information demand of the software.Through the design of the conceptual structure and logical structure of the database,the structure of each data table is designed.Then,according to the working characteristics of the system,the database is optimized by using the method of creating sub table,establishing redundant table and adding index.Finally,according to the user requirements and the characteristics of the monitoring data,a data compression scheme is designed to realize the compression and backup of the database.3.Data reception and storage module is developed.Firstly,the communication protocol of the system is designed to ensure the correct reading of the monitoring data.Secondly,the communication server is designed by using socket technology and multi-thread technology to achieve the connection of communication and the data transmission.Then,the data processing program is designed to analyze and test the data.Finally,store the valid data into the database.4.The user interface is developed through the use of ASP.NET technology so that the user can view the operation of the refrigeration compressor through the browser.Firstly,the users are divided into ordinary users,administrators users and maintainer users by analyzing users.Then,the web interface for different users is designed.Finally,deploy it to the web server for access by users.5.The function and performance of each part of the system are tested,and the test results are analyzed.
