Design And Implementation Of Mobile Electricity Payment System For Hohhot City

In traditional power industry, the services for power consumers are often providedmanually. Consumers need to go to the business station, bank or postal sector for manual service. This traditional manual-based serving approach is both time-consuming and labor-intensive, and can inevitably lead to some errors that affect the efficiency and quality of service. The purpose of this research is to use the advanced Internet and information technology together with the scientific theoretical methods to provide more convenient, faster and more accurate electric power service for power customers, and improve the quality and efficiency of the service in electric power industry fundamentally.Considering the high complexity and diverse needs of user services in power industry,this paper designs a software framework to provide complete online services for power users according to the development process of software engineering. This framework makes electricity users can use the online services such as paying electricity bills, checking electricity usage, viewing notifications and power news, moreover, it also reduces the cost of providing services in power industry. This study researches the actual needs of power users and designs the human-computer interaction logic to ensure the system is integral and ease to use; uses the current mainstream mobile-server framework to design the client and server of the customer relationship management system; separates real-time data and historical data in the design of the database to improve the stability of the data and query efficiency; integrates Alipay, We Chat payment, online banking payment and other payment methods to provide users with a variety of options; finally, the system is tested and evaluated.The purpose of this paper is to explore the practical application of computer and Internet technology in the traditional power industry through the example of power customer relationship management system, and provide an example for the emerging application of information science and technology in traditional industries.
