With the development of social credit system, the credit era and credit industry construction, the credit management talent demand is also increasing, The training of credit management talent has become one of the driving forces to promote social credit development.However, China's credit management education started late, the development of relatively slow still can not meet the market demand for credit management, credit management talents become the" bottleneck" of the construction of social credit system. So the study on the influence of main factors on the quality of personnel training of credit management and mechanism, to promote the quality of training talents and promote the development of credit management, to enhance the level of credit management education and to strengthen the credit management personnel team, has important theoretical and practical significance to strengthen credit management talent.The thesis adopts the research method of combining theory with demonstration, which is based on the theory of talents, the theory of system and the theory of quality. Theoretical analysis: According to the analysis of the factors influencing the quality of personnel training and the evaluation of the evaluation system, combined with the status quo of domestic and international credit management personnel training, and fully consider the characteristics of credit management talent and training needs, through the group discussion, identify the training content, training system, teachers literacy, students literacy and campus environment quality of 5 major influencing factors and credit management talent quality evaluation indicators.Empirical analysis: based on the theoretical analysis, the paper constructs the hypothesis model and puts forward five research hypotheses to design the initial questionnaire for the research hypothesis.Using SPSS22.0 and AMOS21.0 exploratory factor analysis on the pre-survey questionnaire data, and the validity and validity test were carried out to verify the influence of each influencing factor on the quality of culture. After factor analysis and expert group discussion, Factor load less than 0.5 factor removal, and make appropriate changes to individual issues,the formation of a formal questionnaire. 342 valid questionnaires were distributed to the credit management students, tested by Exploratory factor analysis and Multiple regression model,Five studies were verified by the regression model, and the credit management personnel training was positive influence.Finally, according to the results of empirical data, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality of credit management personnel training, and points out the deficiencies and future research directions.
