| Although vocational education develop so fast that it has accounted for half of all higher education in China, we all realize its personnel training can not catch up with the fast development. The original system for the personnel training is something like spread sheet such as Microsoft Excel. This is ok for only the information storage and the simple analysis, but it is impossible to support data mining. In order to do the dynamic data mining on multi-dimensional data for the personnel training, my colleagues and I successfully applied for a Guangdong provincial subject, which is called Study on the Sustainable Talent Cultivation Mode in Vocational Schools.The study integrates the school administration with the newest information technology. Our first step is the system analysis, a process of studying the personnel training procedure in order to identify the new system goals and purposes. This is very important to take advantage of the stability, scalability, and easy maintenance of network computing. And then by combining the prototype method and OOP(Object-Oriented Programming), the system shows ideas such as HNA(Hierarchical Network Architecture) and the new technology for database. In developing the web application we are using the Microsoft.NET platform. Its version is Visual Studio.NET 2005. The programming language is C sharp and ASP.NET. The database is Microsoft SQL Server2000.The success of our study is to develop a feasible system, the Management System of Sustainable Talent Cultivation in Vocational Schools. The modules within the system are to manage account information, student information, student performance, graduate practice, and the employment tracking, etc. This system can not only collect the massive data for the personnel training, but also support the dynamic data mining and the decision making for the school’s personnel training.
