| Dongli district trade unions play a very important role in safeguarding the interests of the workers in the region.At present,the Dongli district trade union office information system is not perfect,the lack of effective information management means,the part of the artificial participation is too much,resulting in various work of the business process is more complicated,the efficiency is very low.At the same time,it has caused serious waste of resources.In this paper,we use computer technology and software engineering method to construct a set of office information system which is in line with the trade union.In order to achieve the above objectives,this paper analyzes and designs the various stages of the trade union office system according to the basic principle of the software life cycle in the software engineering.In the requirements analysis phase,the system should have the function,including the login module,community management module,employee management module,document management module,document management module,announcement management module and message management module.In the system design phase,the three layer development model based on ASP.NET is established.In the overall design of the last,from the three aspects of the database design.In the detailed design stage,the inheritance relationship between each module of the system is characterized by the class diagram.In the realization and testing stage,the development tool is used to carry on the encoding,and the test environment is configured.Through the use of the system,it can improve the efficiency of the trade union,and can bring huge social efficiency. |
