| With the continuous development and growth of the working class, the number oftrade union organizations is increasing accordingly, and issues related to workers’interest are also increasing. In order to make trade union organizations operatescientifically and effectively, and provide accurate statistic data for theirdecision-making tasks, it is necessary to develop modern information portal which isable to adapt to the rapid development of their management mode. Therefore, the aim ofthis study is to develop useful software.This software is designed to meet the practical needs of trade union administrationin Dongying by using object-oriented method and applying Unified Modeling Language(UML) modeling. The essay firstly introduces the background of system developmentand the administration of trade unions in Dongying at present, provides an overview ofmajor problems the system needs to solve, and describes briefly the main technologythe system adopts, the major task of the system and its developing mode. The needanalysis of the system is designed to show the major needs of users by providing casediagrams and activity diagrams; Schema design establishes a system of technicalarchitecture, deployment schema, logical and functional architecture; static structure ofthe system is represented by class diagrams and system dynamics structure isrepresented by state diagrams. Then the essay describes in detail the module design andimplementation of the main functions of the system. Window Server2003+IIS6.0+Java,SQL Server2005and JDK+Eclipse+Tomcat are used. System design and realization ofthe main modules are: connection management, notification management, reminder,system management, data management, and so on.The study provides an efficient way to learn the progress of trade unionconstruction; detailed data is significant to construct trade union organizations. Inaddition, the system runs stably in its tentative use, which is able to improve workefficiency. |
