The Design And Implementation Of The Weighing Highway Toll Management System

With the rapid development of China's highway construction and highway transportation,the competition of transportation market is increasing,some transportation enterprises and the owners are driven by interests,unauthorized modification of vehicles,large tons of small scale,illegal road,overrun transportation and other phenomena,not only seriously affect the highway safety,but also to highway,highway ancillary facilities caused great damage.In order to protect the highway safety,to maintain the lawful rights and interests of the operators,to reduce the burden of highway transportation,in addition to take administrative measures,the way to focus on the way of charging is also essential to economic regulation.In this paper,the design and implementation of the system design and implementation of the order,the development process of the system is described.The truck gets weight data and use the system to analyze the data,combined with the overrun rate and HMT coefficient corresponding collection of vehicle tolls,so as to realize the truck meter charges and early warning of overload vehicles.In this paper,according to the development of the system,the basis of the research and the research status and the main functions of the system can be described,obtain and analyze the needs of the system,based on B/S model development,JavaEE framework and SSH framework technology to complete the system development.After the feasibility analysis and requirement analysis,the fourth chapter has carried on the overall design of the toll system,which mainly introduces the function of the five modules of the system.The fifth chapter is related to the realization of the system,and introduces the function of each module.Finally,the system testing and running results are tested.In this paper,the system is developed and tested,and the system can be tested and verified by the test.The system can operate correctly and the system has been running on the line.
