With the continuous development of society,people can contact more and more electronic media in everyday.In the trend of interaction and integration,it is particularly important to meet the instant messaging applications of communication.Meanwhile,with the popularity of the Internet and mobile phone used in people's lives and work frequently,WeChat often used as a instant messaging software by people.On the terminal rendering,it essentially provides a centralized interactive platform.Based on WeChat public platform,this paper combined with the actual conditions of various associations and Chamber of commerce,designing and implementing of Shenyang association and chamber of commerce of communication platform.System mainly realizes the association and chamber of commerce of the respective internal contacts,members from different association and chamber of commerce can make friends with each other to form a dating contacts.In addition,all users can send topic posts in forum so as to find mutual cooperation or partners who have the same interests.User can also return post which he is interested in.The system will generate a two-dimensional code of personal cards based on each user's information for each user,the two-dimensional code can sweep the other users to add friends,and other functions.The system uses the MVC design pattern,using ThinkPHP framework to build,running on the mobile client based on WeChat.System uses the answer mode of service platform built by WeChat public platform,User sends a message to platform through WeChat,the information will be sent to the WeChat server.Wechat server will find the URL of this system from Wechat public platform development mode,posting an XML data.Third party background system accepts the XML,then according to user input and giving corresponding response.The platform is to provide a good communication environment for the various associations and chambers of commerce in order to quickly master a variety of business information so as to facilitate communication between association and chamber of commerce and complete the integration of human resources.It is important for associations and chambers of commerce in each member to development and seek cooperation.
