High-speed,broadband transmission is an important development direction of satellite communications,the traditional C,Ku band because of the frequency band,can be used for multimedia broadband applications become increasingly crowded resources.At present,a single Ka-band high-capacity communication satellite can reach hundreds of G's communication capacity,has been widely used in developed countries such as Europe and the United States,and domestic Ka-band satellite communication research is still in its infancy,so Ka-band satellite communication research is very urgent.Design of Ground Station for Ka-band VSAT Communication System in National Telecom Port of Bolivia.The Ka-band satellite communication ground station system overall design,link calculation,equipment configuration,equipment selection,manufacturing,verification test,and Ka-band are completed in the face of complex situation such as Ka-band communication,plateau application,rainy area coverage communication and so on.VSAT satellite communications ground station independent research and development.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:1,proposed a suitable high and low rain area of the twin subnet Ka-band satellite communications ground station system network structure.Aiming at the characteristics of Ka-band satellite communication and the complex weather conditions of Bolivia,after the satellite parameters are fully understood and studied,reasonable link transmission parameters and modulation coding modes are selected,and detailed satellite link design and full Link level calculation;designed a twin network structure,effectively solve the Ka band affected by the impact of large rain,to achieve the high and low rain area in the deployment of different remote areas of the rain station using a unified antenna diameter,in the Application requirements for work within a VSAT network.2,completed the twin subnet model of the central ground station design and network management development.The design of the central ground station includes the composition of the central ground station,the design of the radio frequency subsystem,the design of the back-to-link subsystem,the choice of the time-frequency equipment,the power supply design and the structural design.3,completed the remote ground station high-precision Ka-band antenna development.After the theoretical analysis and experiment,the law of springback deformation after antenna spinning is obtained,the mold and production process of the main surface of the antenna are determined,and the Ka-band antenna with high precision of 0.1mm Of mass production.Test results show that the antenna indicators fully meet the design requirements.4,completed the remote ground station design.The BUC,LNB and modem parameter design and equipment selection are completed on the basis of the realized Ka-band antenna of the remote ground station.5,completed the ground station network test verification work.The Ku-band terrestrial station is designed to verify the test scheme.In the absence of the actual Ka-band satellite resources and the 600 remote stations can not actually set up the environment,the Ku-band test and the Ka-band closed-loop test are used.Semi-physical simulation test and other means to achieve Ka-band ground station system test,the final Ka-band ground station system successfully completed the factory delivery.
