As the population aging problem of China has become increasingly serious,social pension issue becomes a new topic of widespread concerns.Medical treatment for the aged is one of the unavoidable difficult problems,and is put on the agenda.The aged is High risk population of all kinds of diseases.Normally,to see a doctor and to buy medicine means complicated flow and long-time queue waiting,which is a great potential safety hazard and threats for the life and health of the aged.Scientific caring of the aged and steady medical service platform is the solution.The community is the tie between society and family.The aged lives in the community.So,it is very meaningful,to improve the supporting environment of home-based care for the aged by strengthening the network of community service.To solve the difficulties and high expense in medical care,the thesis proposes a community-based medicine selling system for home-based care,to provide convenient and efficient medical service for the aged,based on network technique.Community-oriented medical selling system of smart home-based care for the aged is to be born of this.The system works through installing and running on computers of the hospital(or drug supply depository,clinic,pharmacy)under the management of the community service center,providing medicine services for the aged.The aged just need to make a phone call or one-button operation,the community worker on the system help them to purchase drugs or diagnose and buy drugs according to the prescription they have made,complete order,and delivery medicines to achieve their homes.After investigating on elders how to buy medicine and analyzing needs for the aged subject,the system function has been designed and implemented.For example,considering aged patients with poor ability to accept new things,the system provides the function of online inquiry and medicine purchasing,and complicated operation will be made by the staff of the aged health care centers.What's more,to confirm the safety and quality of taking drugs,the system provides production date monitoring function,warns for drugs' running out,and track the status of the old people's drug use.And to against the aged memory loss,the system also provides for the monitoring of remind drugs function and other functions,to provide comprehensive health care services caring for them.The thesis proposes the system's requirements analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing in detail.The target system is a community-based medicine selling system for home-based care,including community hospital end and resident user end.SSI is adopted as the structure.Java web is adopted as the server side developing technique,and Flex as the GUI developing technique for community hospital users.Android is adopted as the developing technique for resident user application.Both share the background server.
