Design And Implementation Of The Community Home Services Subsystem

Community residents need a professional online to offline service platform,to meet the needs of one-stop home service.The traditional mode of community residents can only rely on a single property service,the property industry in order to provide better services for community residents in the sharing of the rapid economic development mode,integration the community service resources,including resources and property services outside the property of high quality professional service personnel,service to realize resource sharing,in order to meet the community residents repair services,add more types of households to provide for the community residents a higher quality rich home service needs,needs a system can meet the residents a full range of home services.This paper studies the application of domestic and international community service,community service home to do in-depth needs analysis,summarize the current situation of the existing system,propose solutions,design community home service subsystem based on satisfaction of property services and integration of community service resources on the surrounding professional property services were added to stop to solve community residents home service overall demand,improve community service quality and satisfaction.This system is in the stage of preliminary design,according to the business requirements,system architecture design,the system structure and function structure,the detailed design stage using UML modeling,implementation stage by the J2 EE framework,using Java language development,to facilitate the subsequent deployment and deployment of expansion,at the same time can reduce the cost of the server software,using relational database storage business data,in order to enhance the system efficiency in the use of data,using Redis data cache,the deployment of hoisting system load balancing mode of high availability.Community home service subsystem includes user information management;setup service information management;service order management;distribute the service order management;notification management.The software after the completion of planning of the test,the function test,performance test is carried out in a certain user load,to ensure that the home service management subsystem community home service in the process of customer orders,maintenance workers orders,assessment service process and effect,to meet the customer's use of the expected results,and concurrent simulation access in a certain order of magnitude,availability,the system can still maintain high stability.The follow-up into 200 residential use,greatly improves the user experience community repair at the same time,greatly enhance the service quality.
