| With the continuous development of information in our country and requirement for the information of the people is increased continuously.The archive,as one of an important carrier of the information,makes the traditional handicraft management method can not meet the high-efficient management requirement nowadays.Therefore,in virtue of advanced IT technology,turning the traditional handicraft management style to the digital management style has already become an urgent requirement in archive management department.The system uses B/S three layer structure,make full use of a variety of Java frame technology development of web application system,build the development framework of Struts2 Spring based on Hibernate,combined with the mature software development process management,to do a comprehensive and detailed work from the system needs analysis,functional design,system implementation aspects..The system use Oracle 9i as the background data management software,the entire business function logic of the system is encapsulated into a server-side component,all of this fundamentally improve the software system scalability and code reusability.Overall design of the system is implemented from the two levels of the technology structure and function structure.The main function of the system is divided into Warning Management Module,Report Center module,Basic data module,File management module,Inventory management module and System Management module.Throughout the development process of the system,the program code is written according to the hierarchical and component-based development thinking.Finally,functionality and performance test of the system is implemented,testing results show that Modern Integrated File Management System has good portability and scalability,and is able to meet the needs of file management daily working,so the level of information in these units could be largely improved. |
