Double motor synchronous system for oil fence is a most important part of built-in oil spill recovery equipment, its synchronism and stability performance is directly related to the whole equipment’s performance,it is an important indicator of the performance merits of the evaluation of a oil spil recovery equipment. Based on this background,"Master-slave control +fuzzy PID" were presents as a dual motor synchronization control scheme. The following theoretical discussions and engineering design.In order to realize the coordinated action of oil sweep arm, the working principle and control requirements of the system was analysised, and Sweep the oil arm and the oil drum around the HST drive "high speed" program, that is, "motor -reducer" program was proposed in this paper. According to the control difficulty and key technology of oil spill recovery system and the design method of hydraulic motor speed synchronization circuit is presented,the control strategy of"Master-slave control + PID" and "Master-slave control + fuzzy PID" is adopted to control the electro-hydraulic proportional speed synchronization.As a kind of nonlinear control, fuzzy control is a kind of intelligent control,which can solve all kinds of complex and uncertain control problems. The fuzzy control strategy is applied to the oil spill recovery equipment in the oil drainage system,the fuzzy control is combined with the traditional PID control,and a fuzzy PID control strategy is proposed in this paper.The fuzzy inference is used to adjust the parameters to compensate the synchronization error witch caused by the nonlinear and time variant of the synchronous system, so as to adapt to the changing environment in the working process.In order to validate the rationality of the theoretical analysis and control strategy,the establishment of oil spill recovery dual motor hydraulic system mathematical model, using MATLAB/Simulink to simulate the system analysis, the system step response curve, the synchronization error curve and a series of curves.The simulation results show that compared with the PID control method, the fuzzy PID control system has better response characteristics, stability and anti-interference ability.The experimental prototype of oil spill recovery equipment was built, and the double motor synchronous control system with PID control strategy is tested. The experimental results show that the double motor synchronous control system with PID control strategy can meet the design requirements and has good synchronization.The comparison of test data and simulation results show that the test results are basically consistent with the simulation results.On the basis of consulting a large number of Chinese and foreign relevant technical documents, dual motor synchronization control scheme based on"Master-slave control + fuzzy PID" was proposed whitch aiming at the problem of synchronization error in the double motor synchronous system of oil spill recovery equipment in the oil field.The mathematical model of double motor synchronous control system is established and and the simulation analysis is carried out. The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control system has better response characteristics, stability and anti-interference ability than the conventional PID. The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results, which verify the design idea and the rationality of the control strategy. It provides theoretical support and evidence for the follow-up study of the subject, and provides reference for the similar technical problems.
