With the developing of the oil industry, various types of oil spill is threatening to the coastal areas, oil-spill is one of the most dangerous Pollution to environment at sea. It affects the broadest, endangers the longest and makes greatest damage to ecological environment. In response to various types of sudden oil spill accidents, Oil-spill recovery system played an extremely important role. But oil-spill recovery equipments are very low in intelligence and recovery efficiency, in addition which need a lot of manual intervention, this is a great challenge to raises the efficiency of the recovery device. Therefore, artificial intelligence controlling existing in the oil-spill recovery equipment of ship plays a key role in improving oil spill recovery efficiency.In this paper, the oil-spill recovery equipment of ship G100 and corollary Equip-ments are analyzed and studied, according to the actual application of the hydraulic system, the oil pump and the water pumps, the oil-spill recovery equipment of ship is improved, we replace the manual hydraulic controlling of electromagnetic hydraulic controlling and then join the artificial intelligence. According to the real need, we design the remote manual operation platform, namely which improve the intelligence and the manipulative capability of the oil-spill recovery equipment, and can enhance the oil-spill recovery efficiency.In this paper, we introduce the related technology and theoretical analysis first. Second we describe this project design in detail. Thirdly the hardware circuit design of the whole system was introduced in detail. Then we introduce the system software design, which include ADC data acquisition, data processing of the results, wireless communication, wired communication and intelligent control software design. The last section sums up the system design.
