Objective: in order to maximize the efficiency of water use in water treatment system,a new design process for hemodialysis water treatment system,namely the digital closed-loop flow real-time control system.At the same time of programmable logic controller(PLC)control function of the whole system,and programming of PLC,so as to achieve the purpose of water treatment system for saving water in hemodialysis.Methods: by the use of digital electronic flow sensors to produce water,water and drainage in 3 different parts of the flow velocity measurement,measurement of the real-time monitoring value to PLC system,according to the different water system load,by adjusting the electric flow regulating valve to control the waste water discharge.The programmable logic controller based on FPWIN GR software(PLC)for programming.Results: through the program FPWIN GR software for the preparation of PLC,realizes the automation of PLC on digital closed-loop flow control system real-time control function,and the application of digital closed-loop flow real-time control system to the hemodialysis water treatment system,for a period of three months of experimental observation,were obtained through 234 sets of data.Comparative analysis of water conservancy and water treatment system to enhance the use rate,especially in the system load that kidney machines under the condition of less greatly reduces the discharge of waste water,avoid the water system no matter more or less when the amount of wastedischarge is a certain phenomenon,achieve the purpose of water saving,reduced There is a small number of patients in the hemodialysis center or an emergency case.Conclusion: relying on the PLC control technology to realize the real-time control system of digital closed-loop flow,to the greatest extent,improve water use efficiency,especially for water conservancy and kidney machines under the condition of less use rate,also can avoid unnecessary fault components,reverse osmosis membrane to further enhance the service life and efficiency,promote the system of water cycle has reached the level of intelligence,water saving and energy saving,to avoid unnecessary waste.
