A linkage line for ampoules is a set of equipments of ampoules producing which can clean, sterilize, fill and seal bottles in pharmacy industry. It is a complex system based on mechatronics technology, which includes 3 parts, the ultrasonic cleaning machine, the sterilization &drying machine, and the filling & sealing machine.Considering the running status of the linkage line for ampoules with comparison to the same set aboard, this paper aims to solve the problems of the current electric apparatus and replaces it with a closed loop and optimum control system of the linkage line for ampoules. The main approaches are as the following:(1) Connect the three parts of linkage sets together into a closed loop system by frequency conversion and timing, so as to smooth the bottle delivery, and reduce the rate of broken as the result of bottles crash or loss.(2) Re-analyses the performance of hot distributing and hot penetrability of the channel oven in the sterilization drier of the line. Adopt a P-Fuzzy-PI control tactic to make the system reach the needs of manufacture techniques in accord with the manufacture standards.(3) Build a network in the system and communicate with the upper computer to improve the system's harmony and controlling.The performance of the linkage line after optimization indicates that it has made great progress in harmony, real-time, rapidness, nicety and balance, as well as in the decrease of the broken rate of ampoules. Moreover, this system can set and adjust the parameters by the standard of ampoules, which greatly improve its intelligence and robustness.
