Design And Implemention Of Hospital Follow-up Data Export System

With the environmental pollution, unhealthy lifestyles and too much mental stress, the cancer patients increased year by year and gradually younger and aging in China, the survival rate of cancer patients is much lower than other developed countries. Tumor follow-up is to keep in touch with the tumor patients after treatment, it tracks the rehabilitation of patients and reminds patients to review regularly. To a certain extent, it can improve the five-year survival rate of cancer patients. Follow-up services as an emerging medical approach, is the important work content of hospital medical care, teaching and research activities.It is the main method of accessing medical information feedback. The follow-up system is based on patient information in hospital information systems. However, there are difficulties in deriving hospital medical data due to the diversity and complexity of hospital information systems.In this paper, the problems encountered in the process of deployment of follow-up system in hospitals are investigated, and the construction of hospital follow-up data export system is provided, which provides data migration support for hospitals to deploy follow-up system and accelerates hospital informatization construction. This paper first introduces the research background and research content, and then analyzes and summarizes the system's functional and non-functional requirements. Then the overall logic architecture of the system is designed, and the design of communication protocol and the detailed design of each function module are also discussed with the hospital information system and the follow-up system. In the implementation phase, the concrete realization process of the system is introduced, and the function modules are tested. At last, the paper summarizes the achievements of this topic and points out the direction of improvement in the future.Hospital follow-up data export system is to achieve the data docking between hospital information system and follow-up system, it helps hospitals build follow-up system and enhance communication between hospital and discharged patients. Moreover, it makes the hospital better in teaching and research activities. At present, it has been a practical application in a lot of hospitals.
