With the development and application of Internet,a large amount of information is emerging on the Internet. The distributed file system makes information acquisition difficult. Semantic web was brought into being in response to the reality, with the aim of achieving the transition of scattered "Web of Document" into data-associated "Web of Data". The technology of semantic web defines the definition and attribute mainly via ontology and fills in the ontology with information on the Internet as entities. Through rational reference on ontology, more accurate search results are available. The stirring interest in the study of semantic web expedites a vast of UGC (User-generated content) and Linked Open Data.Based on this fact, Google put forward the concept of Knowledge Graph.For now knowledge graph is used extensively in intelligent semantic search and DeepQA system.Under the background of knowledge graph, my study focuses on the matter of questionnaire. Firstly, the present application of knowledge graph mainly studies how to answer questions,but only a few of these studies concern on how to put forward questions with the help of knowledge graph. Moreover most of the present questionnaire system on the Internet focus on how to provide formal template yet ignores the content design of questionnaire. In view of the above-mentioned reasons,this study discovers the conjunction point of questionnaire-generating and knowledge graph, that is, how to utilize the technology of knowledge graph in order to provide content support for questionnaire designers.At first, this dissertation makes detailed research and explanation on ontology, the descriptive language of ontology and the query language of ontology. Based on the above research, I construct a domain ontology related to music in this dissertation. Thereafter I selects the open source JAVA framework-Jena to store, infer and query the ontologies and constructs a B/S framework with the help of Spring MVC framework to exhibit the query information to questionnaire desigpners, thus the support for the content is realized.
